Ebook About High Leverage Practices for Inclusive Classrooms offers a set of practices that are integral to the support of student learning, and that can be systematically taught, learned, and implemented by those entering the teaching profession. The book focuses primarily on Tiers 1 and 2, or work that mostly occurs with students with mild disabilities in general education classrooms; and provides rich, practical information highly suitable for teachers, but that can also be useful for teacher educators and teacher preparation programs. This powerful, research-based resource offers twenty-two brief, focused chapters that will be fundamental to effective teaching in inclusive classrooms.Book High Leverage Practices for Inclusive Classrooms Review :
Incredibly frustrating to cite material when the pages numbers are incorrect. In fact, they stop at 344 at the last two pages in chapter 16. Must be a glitch I cannot figure out. But I have no clue of the page numbers because it says they are all pg 344. Anything beyond 16 is page 344 even though there are 23 chapters. So, the numbers up to chapter 16 are incorrect too. DOH! Do you know how strict APA is? This book would be a great resource for a SpEd teacher, but not as much for Gen Ed teachers. It’s essentially an info and tip book for SpEd teachers and has very little on what the responsibilities of Gen Ed teachers are in exceptional education. Well written and a great resource, just not for me as a Gen Ed teacher. There was a lot that just didn’t pertain as directly to me.
